My style is relational and integrative. I use psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, mindfulness practices, IFS, and when helpful, Eastern perspectives to guide healing. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and help you move toward balance and growth.
In-Person or Virtual
I see clients in person in my Brentwood office and virtually throughout Tennessee. Many people value the depth and connection of in-person sessions, while others appreciate the flexibility and comfort of telehealth, both can provide meaningful, effective therapy.
